Sponsorship OverviewNedlands Football Club is an amateur club run by volunteers. While the majority of the club’s overheads are covered through player subscriptions, sponsorships are a very important part of supplementing the membership fees to cover operating costs and for building the club’s cash reserves for future growth and development. It is vital that you support those Sponsors that are supporting your club and that when speaking or dealing with them you mention that you appreciate their involvement. For without tangible support from us, many sponsors will not renew their support. So please do all that you can to encourage friends and family to utilize the Club sponsors. Current priorities for the club include: - Purchasing gold and green strips for the all of our sides for the 2008 season in recognition of the Socceroos’ achievement in qualifying for the Football World Cup to be held in Germany in mid 2006.
- Upgrade of coaching equipment - including 'mobile goals', 'slalom poles'; coaching manuals, DVD’s etc. which will be used to raise the standards of coaching and play across the club over the coming seasons - if our aim is to truly be the best amateur club in WA, then we need to ensure that our coaching standards and equipment match that ambition;
- Improvement to the playing surfaces of our grounds - most of the maintenance is kindly provided by Nedlands City Council, but the grounds require periodic leveling, rolling, topsoiling etc. to prepare them for the new season and to improve them during the season after heavy wear and tear (particularly around the goal-mouths);
- Provision of improved floodlighting to fields in order to facilitate evening training;
- Payment towards coaching courses and accreditation for our coaching staff across the Club;
- Support of our most talented players to participate in appropriate development activities, including contributions towards tours in the case of proven financial need;
- Providing for the club’s future growth and associated financial needs.
As a Sponsor you can be assured of excellent publicity - we have over 500 players, and your brand name will be exposed to them and their families and friends, the general public who visit the Nedlands / Dalkeith foreshore area, and a huge range of other people who play against us and who see us playing at away games every second week. We therefore strongly appeal to you to become a proud sponsor of Nedlands Football Club in the 2008 season, and you will know that your funds are being put to great use to help our coaches and players take Nedlands FC to new heights. |

Nedlands FC Platinum Sponsorship (ONE only) $50,000 over three years This sponsor will be the Club’s most prominent sponsorship partner. Benefits of this sponsorship package include: You will have your name proudly displayed on our homepage of our website www.nedlandsfc.com.au, as well as our sponsors page on the website; Your name and/or logo will be displayed on all our field-side promotional material and banners; Our Platinum Sponsor will also receive recognition in press articles as the club’s major sponsor, and have naming rights at our key events during the year, including our quiz night and end-of season wind-up, where you will be able to display your company banners/logos; Your company name and logo will be emblazoned on the left sleeve of every players’ strip; You will also be recognized in the team photos of all Nedlands FC teams for the year; You will receive a framed certificate from the Nedlands Football Club in appreciation of your support; You will receive recognition as a business that contributes significantly to the community.

Nedlands FC Gold Sponsors 2008 - $6,000 Gold sponsors, together with our Platinum sponsor, will provide the primary sponsorship funding pool in support of the club’s future development.
